Pressure is on!
We did it! We are going to force the crazy old lady into action! We've had enough of waiting around for her so we've given her a closing date of Dec. 7th. She has until tomorrow at 10 pm to either accept or her offer expires and we move on. We already have a showing on Thursday. Sucks though. We haven't had a showing in almost two month and the house is in desperate need of a clean and tody AGAIN! There's just no keeping it looking descent with three kids. We've also got more clutter with Gillian's exersaucer and swing plus I pulled out all Mia's old baby toys for her. Should be fun going through all this crap again while working. UGHHHH!!! We have such dumb rotten luck! Pray that crazy old lady accepts our closing and signs!!! Please! I don't want to do this anymore!

And boy to I hear you with the clutter. Between Julia and Grace's toys we have a pure mess in our family room.
I didn't even know you had a blog Junie!!! YAY! Another to add to my repitoire! I read ALOT, rarely comment!! ANYWAY, I really hope the old lady takes this offer!!!! I am anxiously awaiting her answer for sure!!!! Would you then be able to start building right away if she accepts the offer??? That'd be AWESOME!!
