We had another good night thanks to the miracle blanket! Miss Gillian slept from 9:30 - 1:30. She ate, had a bum change and was back down again by 2 am. She then slept until 5:45 when I had to WAKE her up because I knew it would be hard to feed her once the hard kids got up and I had to be in the shower by 6 am. So it was a pretty nice night although she was in bed with me again. I can't seem to get her used to the bassinet and by the time night comes around I just want to sleep! I can't believe she is almost a month old! WOW! Where did that time go???
Mother's Day started off slow but we did end up going to Storybook Gardens. It's this nice park that has all kind of play equipment for the kids and a bunch of animals to look at. Mia had fun going up and down on the slide and Matthew liked climbing all over this rope web type thing. Todd carried Gillian in the carrier so she was all cozy. They also have an awesome sprinkler area that's good in the summer. I took a ton of pics! I'll try and figure out how ton post them on here. Anyway we decided to go to Swiss Chalet for supper after. BIG MISTAKE! It was crazy busy and Mia was not in a very good listening mood. The baby was great but it was a struggle to keep Mia sitting on her seat. So we gulped down our food and booted it out. It wasn't a very good restaurant experience but you win some, you lose some.
