I haven't added anything new in well over a week! What can I say? My life is boring that's why no one is reading about it. I tend to have friends with dramatic lives but my life is mostly drama-free.
Todd is gone all weekend and it's really not so bad! lol He does help some with the kids but sometimes he can be more of a hindrance. He would have just slept waaaaay in both days and screwed up all our schedules. Not that schedules are tight on the weekend but I do like for Mia to nap at her usual time and for her usual length.
I'm sure the baby will be getting a cold soon as Mia has one and has sneezed right on her two times. I can't keep her away and sneezes just happen so quickly I have no time to move her away. Hopefully it won't be so bad.
Gillian has been doing a lot of crying lately. SHe wants to be held constantly and with three kids to tend to that is pretty hard. I suppose one of those wraps would help but I'm so cheap I don't want to buy one! I've looked in a couple stores and they are like 40 bucks! Yikes! I have a carrier which I should use more often. Her nights go in a pattern of good night, bad night, good night, bad night. So every other night I get a fair amt of sleep and the other nights I barely sleep. I started giving her a bath right before bed. Then give her some ovol, then nurse and finally put her down usually in her bassinet. For the last three nights she's gone down between 9 and 9:30 and slept solid until 1ish. I have been following her to bed at that time so I can benefit from the sleep too. I'll change her then more ovol and feed her again. Sometimes she'll go back to sleep until 4 or 5 but sometimes she's restess for the rest of the night. I'm hoping all this will peak soon and she'll start sleeping more.
Well, I'm off to put Matt to bed . . .
