So I went out and bought them miracle blanket because Miss Gillian is not sleeping well at night. She is having a lot of gas pain which keeps her grunting and straining and crying for hours over the course of a night. I tried the gas drops but they don't work at all or for very long. I didn't think Gillian would respond that well to the swaddling but it does seem to be working! Yesterday night, she slept 3 continuous hours from 2 to 5 in her bassinette! She hasn't lasted in her bassinette for longer than 20 minutes previously. Then last night she wouldn't sleep in her bassinette but she did sleep from 9:30 to 1:10 am and then from 2:30 to 5:30 am. That is the most she's let me sleep in a while. Thanks Amy, Cori and Kristin for the recommendation!
Today is Mother's Day. All I can hear right now is Matthew yelling at Mia because she keeps touching his stuff. *sigh* Despite the sleep I'm still very tired.
