I'm getting nervous . . .

So we have this conditional offer on our house. The condition being that these people sell their house. I didn't think of it at the time but we gave them until the end of June to sell but if they sell sometime in June, our agreed upon closing date doesn't give us enough time to build! We NEED 90 days from the date of sale. We could be homeless for up to 30 days! YIKES! We have no family around here and we would hardly burden friends with a family of 5. Oh man, these people really need to sell and fast! Not to mention I just want to get the whole process started already. I'm tired of living in this house. It was good to start with but it just doesn't work for a family of five. The master bedroom is off the kitchen and do you know how hard it is to keep 3 kids quiet in the kitchen when Todd is sleeping only a few steps away because he worked all night?! It's so stressful! Too much stuff and not enough places to put everything.
