Yes it's finally happened. The much anticipated event. The event I was beginning to think was NEVER going to happen. I was actually preparing myself for a long cold winter in our too-small-for-us house. We got an offer! And what's most important is that it's CASH! We do not have to wait on anyone to sell their house. Perfect. Well, almost. The buyer and a "friend"(our realtor doesn't eblieve that this person is fully qualified as a home inspector) will be going through our home on Saturday. Looking for . . . .what???? It's a 4 yo home! Is there something I'm missing here that could possibly be the deal breaker?? Can you tell I'm still concerned everything might fall through??? I guess it's just nerves. But can you blame me?!~ lol
So now we meet with the realtor to discuss our plans again just to amke sure everything is still as we want it. It's hard not to start looking at plans again and start envisioning a whole different house . . . . wait no! We will go with our original plan. It's a good plan although there are some things I'd like to tweak and no, I'm still not sure about the placement/configuration of the kitchen.
Anyway . . . life goes on and here's a video of Mia getting herself all dizzy and making me sing songs! Please excuse how dark it turned out and my dreadful singing! lol
